Description / Use
SimAp4 PatientCare is a simple mobile application for data
entry in text and visual form and basically lets patients to record, track and
archive health care parameters during their patiency periods by using their
mobiles. It also includes a photo album functionality for taking and storing
various photos during patiency periods, a useful info card section for keeping
the important contact information related to patiency and an AVEN info section
for keeping record of appointments, visits, important events and notes which can
